Unic has a fresh line up of professional-grade espresso equipment this spring to be exhibited at the National Restaurant Association Show 2009 in Chicago this May at the French Pavilion. Unic’s launch of the Tango Uno will be the main focus at the show, and the company will also introduce its Rumba Blue line. Visitors to the booth will have a chance to sample espresso from both machines, offering coffee roasters  and distributors innovative ideas to grow their coffee hospitality business.

The Uno line incorporates the durability of the already-established Tango espresso machine with its stainless steel brew group, and its attractive price-to-technology ratio.  The Uno can produce 220 espresso shots per hour, and is designed to be effortless for operators to use on a daily basis.  Tango has been the choice of hospitality operators around the world due to the quality of espresso that the Tango produces, and the low cost of maintenance of this automated espresso machine.  The Tango Uno will also be making a debut at Distant Lands Coffee Roasters’ booth at the NRA Show 2009.

The RUMBA range uses exclusive innovative technology from Unic such as an independent microprocessor control-boxes for each group, system self-diagnosis, infusion programming by numbered display for all cup sizing, and an integrated chronometer. In keeping with the reputation of Unic, the RUMBA range offers everything one can expect from a true professional espresso coffee machine including a double cup warmer, water level and overheating safety cut-offs, a high-capacity boiler regulated by a pressostat, and much more.

Unic has provided professional grade espresso machines to the world for 90 years, and continues to innovate its espresso machines lines to impress coffee connoisseurs at every level.
