Each month, Team Fitness America picks a fitness specialist as their featured personal trainer of the month out of hundreds of personal trainers. This featured spotlight goes to a personal trainer initially nominated by their fitness director and followed up by excellent client reviews. The month of September goes to Los Angeles personal trainer, Jessica Moon, who has received rave reviews from her clients.

Jessica Moon, who became a personal trainer after recovering from major back surgery, is a commonly requested Los Angeles personal trainer for Team Fitness America. Due to her outstanding client reviews and continued success with helping clients reach their fitness goals, Team Fitness America views Jessica Moon as a top-notch personal trainer and fitness specialist.

Holding two certifications from ACE, Jessica Moon has been personal training clients for five years focusing on both physical fitness and weight management.

“I became a personal trainer after recovering from major back surgery, and with the help of my own personal trainer, I was able to regain my mobility and strength,” said Moon.
