ROYAL YACHTING IS COMING TO FRANCHISE EXPO IN MIAMI THIS JANUARY

Royal Yachting offers yacht-lovers a wide range of services including yacht sales, rentals and rental management. The company nutures future entrepreneurs who are passionate about the ocean and yachting and who want to invest in professional yachting. With more than 27 locations, the Royal Yachting network is growing fast and is now open to people who possess the necessary intellectual, commercial and financial skills to manage an location in France or abroad. The group will exhibit at Franchise Expo South in Miami from Jan. 14 to 16 on the French Pavilion, booth 804.

Royal Yachting’s goal is to open 60 European locations and 70 international ones. Franchisees benefit from service-driven support, held to the same standard as the rigorous customer service required by this type of trade. The candidates begin with a meeting at the headquarters in Six-Fours-les-Plages in southern France. Following a successful meeting, the franchisee can register for training reservation and “pre-contract.” The franchise “pre-contract” includes booking the desired geographical area and participating in a one-week training session, which will help determine the project’s feasibility. If the training is successful, both parties will conclude a brand license contract and a services contract which will enable the future franchisees to use the brand name, the image rights, professional training, proprietary software,products related to sales, rentals and rental management (new and used boats), and on-going training and support.

Each location will oversee an area of 1,400 slips. The total investment cost, not including the lease, includes the premises lay-out and equipment, assistance and start-up capital. Potential Royal Yachting franchisees should enjoy tourism work, from reception to sales, and be passionate about the ocean and boats. They should have their own capital as well as the total ability to manage a company. Royal Yachting is looking for people who clearly demonstrate a dynamic, ambitious and courageous attitude. Three qualities or successful candidates have traditionally been good listening, professionalism and availability.
