CHI Scientific, Inc., a private owned biotech company based in Massachusetts expands facility offering high quality peptide synthesis reagents and custom peptide services

Maynard, MA — CHI Scientific, Inc., a private owned biotech company today announced that it expands its current peptide service facility to offer industry standard peptide reagents and custom peptide services in North America region. CHI Scientific has been offering peptide services for years and its primary customers has been concentrated on academia in the past 4 years. Now the company has approved an expansion plan to establish GMP-standard facility to provide services for pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology companies.

“Our peptide services have won tremendous endorsements in academia with its superior quality, competitive price and strong post-sale tech support”, says Dr. Alfred Chi, the company’s CEO. “With this expanded new 20,000 sq ft facility, we are able to expand our services to full dimension including peptide library, peptide synthesis reagent and custom peptide services at much higher standard” Dr. Chi added.

This newly established facility is scheduled for production in January, 2009.
