Next month, Pays d’Oc PGI* will be on tour with wine producers, a sommelier, chef and an artist to showcase its vineyard. Pays d’Oc PGI is hitting Chicago and New York City at wine events for professionals in Chicago on June 11 as part of World Wine Meetings America, and as the sole attraction at a tasting in New York City on June 15.
Both events will be an exceptional opportunity to discover the symphony of aromas and flavors from the South of France. More than 30 wine producers will be on-hand to present a range of exceptional wines crafted from a palette of 33 grape varieties with the French Mediterranean accent.
Visitors will step into Pays d’Oc’s world of unique grape varieties where sommelier Ludovic Bigel and chef Benoît Régues will showcase the diversity of the Pays d’Oc through wine and food pairing workshops.
A contemporary art exhibition dedicated to the vineyard’s history, aromas and colors complete the journey. These 12 works of art that revisit classic paintings were created by emerging artist Patrice Palacio exclusively for Pays d’Oc PGI.
The French leader of grape varietals, Pays d’Oc PGI provides a vast palette of wines (varietals and blends) and aromas with an attractive quality-price ratio, making them suitable for every occassion and every consumer.
