The now famous BB Dakota Twilight Bella Jacket which was chosen for the actor Kristen Stewart to wear in Twilight by costume designer Wendy Chuck could be set for destruction. Despite the fact that the jacket was designed by BB Dakota and in production before Twilight was made, Summit is demanding that all remaining Bella Jackets be delivered to them for destruction.

Most seem to agree that while Summit may have a point in regards to how the jacket is marketed with the Twilight name, they have no grounds to demand BB Dakota to cease production and sales.
