Shoxx Blades Cut Through Concrete, Rock, and More Using the Power of Diamonds (Z088)

Shoxx has now broadened its range of diamond tools designed for professionals in the building and public works sectors. This technological revolution has more than proved itself since the launch of the Shoxx X20 blade. The range now has additional new products, including the Shoxx G13 blade and a series of surfacing cup wheels: the Z U5, the Z A5 and the C E5.

Designed for cutting hard materials, including granite, the Shoxx G13 blade cuts quickly and accurately without spalling. They are thus particularly effective with concrete, building materials, abrasive cements, epoxy resins, etc. This process means that users can make considerable savings, thanks to the tools’ exceptionally long life. “Two in one” segments have been developed to provide a surfacing cup wheel that is efficient on all types of surfaces. These segments have the special feature of combining cutting edges with layers of polycrystalline diamond. In addition, the research scientists in the Shoxx technology center have devised tear-shaped evacuation systems which guarantee better ventilation and efficient cooling of the metal.

These innovative tools are now added to a range that also includes a blade well-known for its unique characteristics: the Shoxx X20. Buy-to-Let on the Rise Once More

Latest Young Index results from Young Group show the continuation of a rising trend; increasing numbers of buy-to-let investors are keen to return to the market as they believe property prices will stabilise and rise during the next 12 months.

Results from the Q2 2009 survey of investor market sentiment show that increasing numbers of residential property investors are considering purchasing additional UK properties within the next 12 months.

London remains the preferred location for investors; 52% are considering buying additional property in the capital – an increase of 12% on the previous quarter (although still 8% down on Q2 2008).  The trend is not only confined to London, with 30% of investors considering adding UK assets outside of the capital to their portfolios – compared to 24% in the Q1 this year.

The outlook for property prices shows a similar trend, with investors becoming increasingly positive; increasing numbers predict that prices will stabilise and/or rise over the next twelve months.

57% of investors believe that London prices will be at current levels or higher by this time next year (an increase from 49% in the previous quarter and up from a low of 36% in Q4 2008) and 42% expect the same to be true of UK property outside London (up from 24% in Q1 2009).

Neil Young, CEO – Young Group, warns: “Making predictions is something that Young Group never likes to do, but this is the second quarter in which we’ve witnessed an increasingly positive sentiment for the Young Index data.

“The trend continues to move in an upward direction and demonstrates a positivity and willingness of private investors to increase their holdings of residential property.  It remains to be seen if this burgeoning demand will translate into purchases or whether the languishing mortgage market kills the prospect of a relatively smooth return to house price stability and growth.

The private rented sector plays a valuable role in providing housing, demonstrated by the Government’s commitment to boosting the sector through the Homes and Communities Agency’s (HCA) Private Sector Rental Initiative (PRSI), but the sector is suffering because private investors still find it difficult to secure appropriate mortgage products.

Neil Young continues, “Rented accommodation is of immense value to the community, offering flexibility and choice. Currently, individual private investors are being prevented from investing in the sector by lenders’ imposing unfavourable mortgage terms.  This quarter’s Young Index results show that there is appetite to invest in the sector, but it’s now a question of whether mortgage lenders will match the demand.”

Young Index: Summary Results for Q2 2009

  • 99% of investors intend to hold their residential property investments for the next 12 months.  41% intend to hold their assets for at least 10 years and 12% of private residential property investors intend to retain their property investments for the next 20 years or more.
  • On average, residential property investors expect to hold their investment assets for the next 10 years.
  • 52% of investors are considering purchasing additional residential property assets within London during the next 12 months, compared to 30% who are looking at opportunities in the UK outside of the capital.
  • The outlook for London property prices is more than twice as strong as for the rest of the UK.  57% of investors believe that London prices will be at current levels or higher by this time next year (up from a low of 36% in Q4 2008) and 42% expect the same to be true of UK property outside London.
  • 84% of respondents expect the Bank of England base rate to have risen by this time next year, but expect it to remain below 1.5%.  The average interest rate outlook for the next 12 months is 1.19%.
  • More than 3 in 4 respondents expect to witness a return to economic growth by June 2010, with the majority anticipating positive growth as early as Q1 next year.

Is Claude Johnson Guitar Control a Fraud?

Claims of Claude Johnson’s misleading guarantees for his guitar lessons have plagued the instructor and his company for months.  Accusations of the legitimacy of both his business practices as well as claims of promises not delivered have been investigated by a third party with no vested interest.

The final analysis revealed no intentional misrepresentations ever existed and every customer service related issue has been resolved, including monetary refunds for the handful of customers who opted to not keep the series of guitar lessons that bear Johnson’s name.

After interviewing Johnson for the purposes of the investigation, it was revealed an overwhelming amount of orders were processed during the early days of his business with not enough coverage to ensure each request was processed in a timely manner.  Claude Johnson quickly worked to resolve any outstanding issues that were known at the time and has recently settled with the few remaining customers who felt they “fell through the cracks”.

Currently, there are no outstanding refunds waiting to be processed and Johnson assures us the customer service issues have been addressed with safeguards in place that will prevent any further problems from tarnishing his business practices.  “My goal is to move forward with my business of teaching guitar.  My intent to continue with my expansion projects and invite any customer who might have felt slighted or betrayed in any way to contact me personally and allow me to reiterate and reinforce my guarantee.  I regret any customer who was left feeling as though they’d just received a bad deal”.

It’s not unusual to see how a great marketing plan can spell success.  The best know how to work the media to ensure they’re in the limelight.  But what happens when a mistake causes a snowball effect and forces one to seek the limelight in an attempt to repair an image versus building it?

That’s exactly how one man took matters into his own hands.  Is Claude Johnson a scam?  Who better than to answer that than Johnson himself?

Motor-Safe Repair System Is Energy-Saving Alternative to Burnout Method

The resulting, finished motors are more energy efficient, provide increased uptime and last longer.

Is Claude Johnson a Fraud

With the name “Claude Johnson”, fraud or dishonest are sometimes words associated with it. As a third-party with nothing vested, a group of part-time investigators came together to discover if these accusations were fair and if there was any truth to them.

After investigating the IP addresses stamped with the thousands of Johnson followers via comments left on his websites, their first goal was to ensure those comments weren’t planted. A week later, they discovered the addresses were indeed legitimate. Conversations with Johnson followed and what they discovered was that a series of mistakes during the infancy of his business have laid the groundwork for a reputation that still taints the air.

A series of overworked family members who have stood by him as he builds his business attempted, along with a few outsourced clerical assistants, to handle the sudden overwhelming popularity. A few phone calls weren’t returned, a money back guarantee had those wishing to return the DVDs convinced there was no guarantee at all and with that, a black mark appeared after his name from then on: Claude Johnson, Fraud.
